MUSIC SUPPLIES
New violin and viola students should come to the lesson with:

VACATION and SPECIAL DATES
No lessons during the following dates:

TUITION
Flat monthly fee which includes group lessons, recitals, sheet music options, dedicated individualized instruction for your chosen instrument, theory training, technique and skill training, music reading, and much more!
Accelerated Musician Program:
This advanced program gives you monthly one-on-one check-ins, unlimited one-on-one calls, weekly group lessons, unlimited access to my online course and new courses, access to our advanced musician community, and recital opportunities.
Tuition for this exclusive program is $900 for 3 months in three installments or $800 for prepay.
Tuition will be paid in advance at or before the first lesson of each month.
PAYMENT
I accept Cash, Check, PayPal (use my email), Venmo (@BrianRogge47), Zelle (use my phone number) or automatic payments through your bank.
I will email each month’s invoice.
LATE FEES
I will issue a $10 late fee if you arrive at the first lesson without payment. Please have payment ready at the beginning of every month. Consider automatic payments, and you will never have a late fee! I will provide information if this is the payment route you would prefer.
SCHEDULING
Track lesson scheduling, payments, and invoices by clicking the Access my online calendar at MyMusicStaff.com through the tabs in this website. You can cancel and reschedule your times with that.
Lessons are taught year-round.
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
I plan on giving students at least two performances per year plus extra opportunities at nursing homes, schools, etc. Performances build confidence and allow each student to share their skills and love for music. They are not mandatory, but I highly encourage students to participate.
MISSED LESSONS
I set aside my time for each student, and I expect my students to save that time in order to advance and grow in their musicianship.
In case lessons must be missed, students may sign up online for a makeup lesson. It’s the student or parent’s responsibility to schedule and keep track of makeup lessons. If too many lessons are missed, then your makeup opportunities are forfeit.
To sign up for a make-up lesson, you can go to https://www.RoggeViolinStudio.MyMusicStaff.com/ and log in. Go to the calendar and choose from the listed days and times for your lesson. I will no longer be keeping track of who has or has not made up missed lessons.This is the parent’s responsibility to schedule.
If a lesson is missed due to illness and a swap is not possible, I will give a makeup lesson provided I am notified at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that my schedule allows for limited lesson times. I may ask you to surrender your time slot if you miss more than one.
Any lesson missed due to my schedule will be made up.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds except in the case of extreme illness or my own scheduling issues. I expect a 30-day notice if a student is quitting my studio.
WEBSITE PRIVACY
At times, I will post schedules and make announcements on my website or Facebook page using students first names (no pictures) I may post pictures and videos of my students with no names attached.You have the option to opt-out of online postings on the contract.
